We have http://creativecommons.org/licenses/index.rdf which is this huge ol'
browser-thrashing file containing descriptions of all our licenses.

We should provide a link to this on http://creativecommons.org/licenses/ or
possibly somewhere else appropriate so that people who are interested in that
kind of thing can find it.
