After prototyping we've decided to go with more incremental changes right now.
This is superseded by Issue 748.

Actually should say, "Concur with Alex's feedback, although I think the selected
license should always be visible above the tabs."

Concur with Alex's feedback. Overall I like where this is going, would love to
iterate quickly and push it out. Seems like the tutorial link at the bottom
somehow "fits" with the other links in the middle bar. Suggest moving all of that
to the bottom of the page, kill the middle column, see what we end up with
(obviously offline work can be killed since it's now in the main area).

A few thoughts:
* It's a great change
* May want to try out seeing if the deactivated tabs look better connected
to the box vs their current floating state.
* I think the license icon size picker, and display example, should be
inside the "Have your own website?" tab
* Offline work tab should probably include links to the vector/high-res
button art (Possibly nuking the "License graphics" tab too)
* Seeing this new concept in action, the middle column content could be
better integrated into the page to give the tabbed box more horizontal space
(ie: kill the column, moving its content into applicable tabs or otherwise
beneath the box).

Just pushed the prototyped UI to staging.cc.org
Thoughts?

I'm not sure about the exact labels (I think "have your own website"
is tired and inaccurate), but I think I like that overall. Also
wondering what the non-javascript fallback is. I think ideally it'd
just list the sections one after another.
Can you go ahead and put this together and push to staging so we can
see the language in context and figure out what else needs to be
tweaked?

Thanks to Michael Dorrington for prompting review of this aspect of the chooser.

Well, "Other" would also encompass vector/high res license buttons, and
other marking materials linked directly from that page.

I guess I was thinking that the tabs would be the lower half,
encompassing the text area, etc; I guess the top half is mostly
web-related, as well, huh? I think the "other" stuff doesn't need half
the page; it's all off-page links.
Maybe instead of "tabs" we just should add an "Other" drop down below
the existing results content.

Would these "tabs" (or whatever) replace the whole page content with their
contexts? -- Alternative thought, thinking out loud, the page could also be
split in half, top for website, lower for "other", with some scrolling magic
at the very top.

"Offline work" is currently in the right column of the chooser results page.
XMP isn't visible at all. We should rework the interface slightly, such that:
* We have two "Tabs": "Have Your Own Website", and "Otherwise"
* "Otherwise" has a little drop-down, with "Offline Work" and "XMP" there
Wording suggestions for the tabs welcome.
