At the bottom of the page http://creativecommons.org/licenses/GPL/2.0/ i can
read "A Portuguese translation Disclaimer is also available." (Firefox 3 and
Opera 10 under Ubuntu 9.04)
Not very important, but adding a padding-left of 20px on #disclaimer will
separate enough the words.
But maybe it's not easy to do depending on the CMS.
