Tested on staging and it seems to do what we want.  Deployed on production.

Does this mean that we don't want to moderate comments submitted via an OpenID
authentication?  We also have the option with this plugin to not require the
Name and Email fields if the user successfully negotiates OpenID.  Do we want
that too?

We can probably use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/openid/ for this.

Nathan, I'm assigning this to you. Can you add this to staging so we can take a
look at it?

OK, I just saw another blog with something like this; makes a little more sense
to me now.

Does this just imply accepting an OpenID (and presumably requiring Nickname/URL
from sreg exchange) for comments?  Is there an example of another site that does
this?  Seems a little strange since you normally don't "log in" to comment.

And maybe auto-approve creativecommons.net ones.
