Blocked on Issue286. BTW, the process for managing the ccsearch catalog is documented in README in a checkout of ccsearch. It is: $ make all in a checkout of ccsearch. Then "svn commit," and then "svn update" from Pootle's side.

We added a disclaimer to the footer of search.creativecommons.org and need to add that to the i18n catalog. We should also document the process for managing that catalog in the wiki.
