Metacore should provide hooks for the CC UI add-on to add its triple filter, or
some by some other way we should let the CC UI filter the existing Metacore RDFa UI.

Maybe a drop-down at the top of the Metacore panel if any filters are
registered? Presumably metacore could provide some of it's own like
"Common Metadata" for author, creator, etc.  Just a thought.
